The programmable BPT TH450 thermostat has been designed to ensure ideal temperature conditions at every moment of the day and for every day of the week. The TH450 adopts a new temperature control system and new functions. Designed to adapt to all types of systems with different thermal inertias (fan convectors, underfloor radiant heating, electric heaters...), it ensures maximum comfort and savings in any environmental condition.

Useful Tips for Using the Thermostat

  • Frequently replace the batteries of the thermostat (about every 2 years)
  • Do not use rechargeable batteries
  • Temperatures
    • For turning off (Reduced Temperature) a temperature of 16°C is recommended
    • For turning on (Comfort Temperature) a temperature of 18°C +/- 2°C is recommended
  • For aluminum radiators, no need to turn on too early
  • For cast iron radiators, turn on at least an hour earlier to reach the desired temperature

Examples of Thermostat Programming

The BPT TH450 Thermostat allows programming of 3 temperature levels. The second temperature, useful for maintenance during the day, applies only to systems with radiators.
