The merit of this boiler is that can reach 55db noise factor at maximum full power, something like a whisper.

Accessories

Installation of R2KA 24/8 must foresee a basic accessories set, like polyphosphate dispenser (for heavy scale water over 30°F) and a magnetic filter, just to avoid long-term issues.

Indispensable Accessories

Installation of Boiler have to provide

  • A Liquid Polyphosphate dispenser
  • A Good Quality Magnetic Filter for the heating line

Optional Accessories

Other suggestions about accessories that can be combined with R2KA 24/8 boiler can be:

  • A good Heater Regulator (Thermostat) or a Remote device that permit you to control Economy and Comfort ambient heat during the week.
  • Antifreeze Kit, in case of installation of boiler outside. Consist in a series of heating resistance to apply on every pipe under the boiler. They activate itself on extremely lower esternal temperature,
  • A External Temperature sensor that permit you to regulate heating proportionally thanks to a special coefficient

Radiant R2KA 24/8 Interface Display

When powered, the Radiant R2KA 24/8 Boiler offer a large variety about current state information. On the bottom left and right of display you can find the actual active functionality. The mainboard use blink current functionaly when is busy on the selected operation.

You can choose to enable a single or mutiple functionality by pressing     button, in response the display hide or show the relative symbols.

You can choose desired temperature with + or - buttons on the left for the heating of radiators, we suggest you a little guide-line:

Potete Scegliere le temperature volute attraverso i pulsanti + e - posti a sinistra, per il riscaldamento, cui vi suggeriamo le temperature di:

  • Da 25°C a 38°C if you have an heating floor panels
  • Da 45°C a 60°C if you have a cast iron radiator heating
  • Da 55°C a 65°C if you have an aluminum or steel radiator heating

Instead, for the sink water,you can choose a water heating temperature with + and - buttons positioned on the right side, we suggest you to set:

  • A temperature between 38 e 45°C

Commonly, to prevent limestone, we suggest you to set faucet water as lower as possile if the hardness of water exceed 30°F
